Mardi Gras Casino & Resort is the result of a 2007 law allowing casino gambling within West Virginia lines, under certain restrictions. Mardi Gras was built alongside an existing (and quite popular) live greyhound racing track. The theme, as the name implies, is New Orleans’ Mardi Gras, with all the bright colors and flash the name implies.
